Dave Stelnik CoFounder CEO DirectAthetics
Dave is the co-founder of DirectAthletics, a Web-based software company that provides event registration services, statistics automation, and data management solutions for sports organizations and schools. DirectAthletics is used by the NCAA, major college sports conferences, and the majority of universities and high schools in the United States to enter over 6,000 sports events annually. Before starting DirectAthletics, he worked at CIBC Oppenheimer as an analyst in their Technology Investment Banking group. He has a B.A. in International Relations and Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management. He currently lives in San Francisco, CA.
Dave grew up in South Florida, where he fell in love with running in middle school. After a stint working on Wall Street, he followed his passion and joined Tufts teammate Jason in founding DirectAthletics. If he's not talking to coaches and meet directors, he can probably be found running, kayaking, travelling, or rooting for his doomed Miami Dolphins. He has a B.A. from Tufts University and MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
