San Diego, California,
Michael graduated from MIT this June with a M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. At MIT, he studied mathematics, computer science, and held countless late-night conversations with fellow nerds.
The world of software development became an integral Michael's life when he began fooling around with GNU/Linux and programming in Java during his freshman year at MIT. His version of bedtime stories involves reading Slashdot =)
Michael's other interests span traveling, photography, cooking, philosophy, and biology. When he's gotten enough sleep, Michael is excited to try new things and meet new people.
This fall, he will begin pursuing a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology at the University of California, San Diego.
